why are MCIC's-PR's-considered FACTS-when-company-never-fulfills-them??????

when you get to the root of that question, an investor can realize what has been going through MOST shareholders minds here for the last 4 yrs…………..review the PR's and the ABSENT "results" that are promised in the PR
