No, in general you'll find that lower priced stocks tend to move in larger daily percentages than do very high priced stocks.

I've not ever looked at ETFs for this. It would not seem logical that a basket of stocks, no matter how it is priced, would move a greater or lesser amount if priced differently. It will move with the NAV of the fund.

It could be that more volatile sector ETFs might be priced lower than less jumpy ones, but that would be a coincidence.

But with individual company stocks, a dollar move on a $100 stock is far different from a dollar move on a $10 stock! There the price change isn't tied to a Net Asset Value but to the complexities of the market participants' psychology and the company's activities.
