I agree but I'm disappointed in the shares that were reported as voted. They need to start at the top look at who has the most shares, contact the individual(s) to determine when they received their proxy and how and when they voted it. And correct the problem. This is my hard earned money invested here, we are paying these guys salaries, this is not science this is a process that has happened millions of times, again this is not rocket science. I also think that they are going to come across many shareholders that simply did not vote for whatever reason. I could elaborate but again, this is hard EARNED MONEY, not play money, not FREE MONEY. No F'in excuse. If someone DID NOT VOTE they need to do SOME SERIOUS SOUL SEARCHING.

Just my thoughts, there is PLENTY OF BLAME TO GO AROUND, it will be interesting to see, if those responsible actually have a price to PAY FOR THEIR ACTIONS OR INACTIONS, the question is who will have the balls to own up TO NOT DOING THEIR FAIR SHARE.

If someone thinks the count should not be raised then vote that way, but simply doing nothing IS CHILDISH, BALLESS, B.S.

Oh, and this is but a delay, but you have to love those that delay the game and then complain that there is a delay.

I was sitting behind George Lauro and you could detect micro movements in his head from side to side as if to say You Can Not Help Folks That don't Want to Help Themselves.

And yes I'll go back to being positive because that is how I live my life. Find The Problem Fix it and Move on.

I just noticed that I used CAPITAL LETTERS, that was my subconscious but now that I read the message it the answer is there in BLACK and WHITE.

Oh and not receiving a proxy, in my book, if you are ACTIVE PLAYER no excuse, NO EXCUSE, you should have contacted the company to obtain info on voting. There are some that take charge of their destiny other ride on coat tails and I guess just some truly clueless people.
