Well Mark you text me and said everything is still on course for this week (only one more day left this week). So is this going to fall through AGAIN.
Until you get to September. Sure looks like it Mark. What kind of game do we have going here? What is up with your auditor.
FORM 10/audit filing a never ending joke. You have no intent to deliver on that promise do you!

Tim, your assertions are ridiculous-- Unless you believe my relaying the auditor's email today to be completely fabricated, what is your theory exactly? That the auditor is in cahoots with us to delay filing so we can avoid a prospective lawsuit??? Think about what you are asserting there. How does the auditor having items to complete in any way lead you to believe I have "no intent to deliver on 'that' promise' ?

My only assertion here is this form 10/audit submittal is turning into a circus. Week after week all we hear about is there will be another delay after another delay after another delay.

I am close to another assertion and that being there is no auditor that stupid. He has to be either fictional or non-existent.
