WHY??
They end the day with "covering 3M"
We end the day below .0001 (scaring investors away)
Make it look like shareholders are getting out UNDER .0001, with the hopes that others will do so.

TRIED IT SEVERAL TIMES THIS YEAR (see P108254 for earlier examples).
