You dont get paid untill you deliver your certs. Who is going to pay you for something that has not been delivered!! Also the firms carry old fails and anything that is over 90 days old stands out like a sore thumb. Also the firms must comply with net capitol requirements. In the meantime 13 cases have been throwen out of court. Stocks that cave in get covered. The ones that keep running up might be a problem.
