USEI - Last I checked this was MJ/CBD Industry.. lol Past revenues
have been made by the "Businesses" on street corners, loading docks,
tunnels... lol I think this is a step up in a major way. Many
companies have used existing housing to covert to store front
businesses.. This is the mode of this initial business, Later you
will find these in shopping Malls, ects.. but for now this falls
into the acceptable class of "pipe shops, X-rated shops" usually
located on edge of towns.. I suspect there will always be folks not
wanting these type of shops in the mainstream shopping areas.

Net Net.. this is a nice facility given the arena they are currently
in. IMO.
