Shareholders need to take a step back and think this thing through. If there was clear evidence of tortious interference, why wasn't a lawsuit filed against the Boom Brothers months ago? It would have been MW/RW's fiduciary duty to do so. The answer is obvious; there wasn't and isn't any such evidence.
Now that we know that the entire company is on the hook, and not just the Supreme subsidiary, the ramifications of the lawsuit are much more serious and put all share holders at 100% jeopardy.
