What pisses me off is that this is now a one man show. His wife Sharon is gone, having been forced out apparently and is being sued by the company (Gary). Yet, he speaks of "officers and directors" (plural) throughout the Q.

And after years of no revenue and accumulating debt by issuing shares to himself and "accredited investors" along with "consultants" (wink, wink, nudge, nudge) he wants to continue running this "company" by going into the skin care business.

He's been pumping this bullshit for at least two years already.

This guy has to be stopped! ( :
