Thought they didn't want to jump the gun getting the sales force all pumped up to sell the V3/GW infused boxes only to have the merger go down the tubes. It gives Overland a reason to relook the merger as they have the best of both worlds with these boxes and no merger, total independence and a new bag of tricks that makes their offerings so much more valuable than what they would have had to offer prior to ANY involvement. If I was ANY mgt, I would not want to make anything easier for any party to squash the merger and, though I realize this is an extremely far-fetched worry, it is a worry.
