It is my opinion that someone in management or related parties are trying to manipulate the share price higher thru small higher bids, especially ahead of this ongoing disaster of a quarter. With the continued dilution this turd will be quoting in four digits within weeks. You can only keep up this charade for so long and two years of empty promises should be enough for even the stupidest backer of this failed management team.
