Moreno and Esparza aren't really friends after Moreno left. The rest is just gossip.
Esparza is making a smart move to be a landlord over the 40 acres for T3 growers. Though there is only 1 grower currently? Shouldn't more be signing up to grown on the plots? There should be room for a couple dozen more growers.
