that is exactly the point. if you want this company to survive on it's own then you do not want panasonic in the picture anywhere!!!!! this is not the time for greed. it's the time for rational thinking. and putting panasonic in the mix is not rational.

The problem with the gene pool is that there is no lifeguard.
