It was unable to close the JV arrangement with the SOE and seemingly hasn't had a solid plan since.
Based on the BJ Lerner study and the plethora of additional geological studies make me believe that the issue is a management one not a property one.
Once these management issues are resolved and I expect that they will be addressed soon the potential here is as good as any of the other projects in development and potentially better in several ways.
So yes Panda and Niocorp are ahead it's not clear they will remain so.
There are other private equity groups interested in mining and Niobium in particular.
It won't take much to move SRSR from it's adrift status to completed prefeasibility. I know the money is available. Once that happens I am confident SRSR will be able to secure the funds to complete full feasibility and also be at mine decision and present shareholders will own a higher % IMHO.
SRSR looks dead and lost but that isn't the case and presently offers the best risk to reward of all the Niobium development projects.
