I sympathize with and share your concerns. When Saleen made their first assertions, we took some behind the scenes actions to clarify for the broader market that we had nothing to do with their efforts. But we judged that anything more overt might simply extend an unwanted story to their benefit.

I appreciate the background on Saleen and their stock activities. This would not be the first OTC pump and dump scheme that has tried to piggy back on our activities. However, these facts bring it into sharper focus.

Note that I myself never didn't used the term "pump and dump".

Saleen has tried to link itself to Tesla. Just look at this site's disclaimer:http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/disclaimer.aspx

Go to the landing url of SLNN's ads and tell me they are not trying to link themselves to Tesla by paying $5k for these ads.
