The upfront money will serve 2 purposes. I think you may be right about bargaining the price down. What this will allow them to do is attach a solid real revenue figure prior to the end of a quarter. This also gives solid leverage with the NAZ to forgo delisting IMO. This is a stellar stellar solid deal. I would imagine we see a rev figure sooner than later and I think as this gets digested, given the vol today, we will get the price up enough to exercise the warrants at both price levels and I think we will probably see the price north of a buck before May is finished.
