In one post or Tweet a Form 144 is shown on a screen with the CEO's name on it. Then the posters states here that non-reporting companies don't have to file a form 144. However, if they did file and you have it on your screen why is it not posted to the SEC or OTC sites. This is conflicting information. It's also fishy that only this person has access to the form and is embroiled with the company for liable against a large shareholder.
