This whole thread began with a poster claiming that Chabaan could sell his shares through a broker without filing a 144 form with the SEC. That resulted in my question.
It looks like you've affirmed that Chabaan's sales have to be filed on Form 144s with the SEC. So, we should be able to see those sales on the SEC site. Is that not correct?
