I agree, there is no PPA , it's a dream that May or may not come true and with the company drastically reducing their attempts and manpower in Costa Rica it's clear that it will be a loooooooong time, if ever, they complete this PPA.


But hey, don't take my word for it......read the filing from Friday......the company also says so.
