Company already has the land. Company already has a LOI to connect. Engineers being hired.

Why do they have the land if they aren't going to follow through? Why is there a LOI to connect if they aren't going to follow through? Why would they need an engineer?

PPA still in play. Contrary to the garbage being posted!!
