You have to give them some time. There appears to be a lot of forensic work. They haven't filed anything but 8K's for almost 2 years.


I wonder what the end game is. It would seem to me that the Form D from 2012 gives them authorization to sell quite a few shares and develop from there. It's not like I want to be their ATM machine, but I do want to watch.

I think Scott has something up his sleeve.
