There is 1 of 4 things going on here with VPOR- pre financials- IMO.

1) 'they' are holding the PPS in this range to accumulate shares before the financials are released.

2) the PPS is drifting down before the 2nd q. Financials are released because 'they' know the financials won't be that good.

3) nobody is paying attention to VPOR- and it is trading like nothing much is going on now or ever will be going on in the future.

4) I have no clue what I'm rambling on about.
