They are maximizing the opportunity for all the current shareholders. Did anyone really think about the IR 8k? By stating the 0.01 number they basically saying they are not going to RS. Which a lot of posters were saying that was where it was headed.

I believe this company has a few positive surprises in store for current and longtime shareholders.
