So another filing comes out 5 minutes after the closing bell on Friday. I really don't appreciate the management's continual disregard for the shareholders. More of the same bs they pulled back during the spring with info on the merger.

I believe the choices made in the managing of information flow has been manipulative, unwise, and overall ineffective. We could be sitting at a higher pps if the company would be transparent and forthcoming with pertinent information. The management seems to strive to do only the least that is required by regulation, and they've only done a meager job of accomplishing that.

I believe the company's products are great, and the potential is huge for everyone involved----but I don't think the current leadership is equipped to maximize the opportunity for the benefit of the company & its shareholders.

I hope they prove me wrong.
