summer, Europe shuts down in august, otc,. all these things will change next month not sure about otc but nasdaq is in the works somewhere down the road. It appears to me someone with deep pockets maybe an institution has been on the bid in the 40s catching all the impatient sells then keeping it around the .50 range till things start happening. Patience is the key.
