The expectation that Schott is going to bring good things to the table is the only thing keeping a vague heartbeat to this thing. They are the wildcard here. The only thing that bothers me about Schott is with the amount of financial horsepower they have.... Why don't they just cut a deal with TDCP for a couple million bucks to be paid back when this thing hits the market? My thought are good and bad. The bad first... This thing is going to take much more time then to finish and Schott is insulating itself from financial risk. The good... This thing is so close to being done that nobody care about the current PPS and they are tight lipped about there next move. I just hope that this joint venture with Schott isn't somebody owing somebody else a favor. My opinion.
