But in the long run, no company can continue promising to do things with zero followup. Can we really be expected to believe that a legit company would have handled the SEC reporting delinquency in such an incompetent manner. And then as a defense, they accused the SEC of lying? Whether the company is a scam or the management team is comprised of world class incompetents will make no difference to the shareholders in the long run...and maybe sooner than we think.
