I think it's more likely that ACDU was suspended for delinquent reporting as in thousands of other cases. Only now, it appears that ACDU's promised response to the SEC complaint is also delinquent. This is also the case with the promised CEO appointment, hotel completion date, Form 4 filing, divies, etc, etc.

There might be a pattern here.
