the whole company is founded on toxic financing and he figured the worse case would be he gets rich off of it for no less than 6 - 10 years. Which he will, he doesnt care about others and has built this all out of thin air. Added no REAL tangible assets, renting everything, 50% financing, etc..

Scam from the begining and everyone knew it. WHen he messed up is not having millions of free floating share allow people to "PLAY IT" Guys would love to have another flipping stock... He should do a forward split drivinf it down to a penny. THen dilute off of it. He could make a fortune that way dumping into PR's of the company. Then once all looks bad, you R/S when it gets to .0007 back up to .07 and start all over again.
