I would gladly let him walk (time served) if he gave back over 50 million and the shareholders got back there investments and the rest goes to the current CMKM to build a company for the shareholders. So investment back plus shareholders keep shares in the new company for a possible ROI. That is more then fair.

If not he needs to rot in jail forever. How old is he? Forever could be 20 years.

We all know he hid the money. Much more then anyone has found. What was found was very small to the sum he stole. imo
