The Court will issue an order on the pending motion that was taken under submission.

The Court sets the following deadlines:

The parties will submit initial disclosures by 8/25/14.
The last day to add parties and amend pleadings is 9/22/14
The discovery cut-off is 5/6/15.
The last day to designate experts is 5/13/15.
The last day to file dispositive motions is 6/10/15.
The pre-trial conference is set for 8/26/15.
Jury trial is set for 9/7/15.

The parties will complete mediation with Hon. Edward A. Infante (Ret.) by 10/31/14. Parties with complete settlement authority will be physically present at the mediation.
