"First of all the price has been holding between $.025 and $.03. Not $.01 " Never said the price is at .01. One CENT or there abouts is what those are providing cash/financing pay for their shares, they aren't paying market price, not by ant stretch IMO.

One needs to understand their "financing" deals via reading the 10-Q, and 10-K and similar. Those who are providing on-going (they do "financing" deals essentially every month, to two months)- and those doing those deals are getting their shares at about 1 CENT. Also, an enormous amount of warrants were handed out (50 million or something like that) that also have strike prices in the area of maybe 1.5 cents.

THAT is the 'financing" price that someone pays for BHRT share. NOT 10 cents or anything even remotely close to that.

Latest 10-Q, PAGE 14/15: ASHER, Daniel James, etc are getting 45% to 47% discounts on their shares. If they were to convert on a week when the price has been at about .025 recently, they be getting those shares for about 1.5 cents. THAT'S IT- the "going price".

Last qtr, they did deals when one does the math- where shares were issued as low as 9/10ths of one cent. NO ONE with "big money" is going to pay more than what some other person is being given shares at- in exchange for cash. NO ONE IMO.

Last 10-Q (Q-1) PAGE 17 as an example:
"On September 30, 2013, the Company issued an aggregate of 15,350,876 shares of its common stock in settlement of $175,000 of related party notes payable."

DO THE MATH: $175,000/15,350,876 = ONE CENT they just gave out those shares for. Someone got shares at ONCE CENT for an "note" they held.

WHO is going to "finance" for more than they're handing out shares to some person/entity for "note/loan" they paid back? WHO and WHY would they accept a lesser terms, worse deal?

No way IMO, and certainly not some outrageously high price like 10 cents? WHY? Why wouldn't they just pay 2.5 CENTS, the avg price over the past month or whatever? The 50 DMA?
