I think MCIC's CEO sat on that FANTASY-corner-in-Dawson-Creek and peered over at the gas station across the street…….after a long think, ( and a couple of LaBatts Blues )….. the CEO MIGHT have said……."we have spotted an opportunity where a secured tank that holds plenty of petro fuels can be utilized"……….. just conveniently leaving out that he was referring to the country bumpkin gas station on the outskirts of the great metropolis…..
