This is a load of crap. Already been discussed. He's a horse guy. Gave an injection (doctors do that). Horse had a race and tested with too high of a level after winning a race. Either gave it a day too late, or horse had health issues with clearance of the substance, but the substance WAS NOT illegal, commonly used, etc.
