Alternative Energy Partners Inc (AEGY)

I'm assuming lots of investors are playing blind to that fact but not me. I mean as much as what? 90% of penny stocks have little to no revs which in that case I can see why many have ignored AEGY revs but I just view AEGY 0 revs as another reason to stay away too many uncertainty with AEGY. I only have 300k shares at 0.0008 and not crazy enough to buy another 300k not even at these levels. Another week and half and it will be 2 months AEGY is trying to merg.. Not a good look at all why are they taking that long to merge and theirs fortune 500 companies merging in 3 weeks? Smells fishy and too much of uncertainty for me. Let's not forget it this is a merge so anything not agreed unpon and that's it no merge that is all it takes 1 criteria for 1 of the 2 merging companies to call off the merge.
