FINRA does not approve reverse split of grey market stock, so once this gets stuck at $0.0001 and below, the ticker is on life support.

Since PharmaJanes has no revenue or sales at all and no sign that they are approved to do business in California, this seems to be just stringing along the scam a little longer, IMO.
