I think you are overlooking some things. First of all, the OS of TEXX is 16.9M according to Etrade; say 40M it doesn't matter. And it's market cap is 106.9K.. TEMN had about 1 bil OS according to Etrade and a market cap of 3.5M.. If TEMN's share price hits .74 then it's worth $740M. I think that's unrealistic. Not to mention that the TEXX pps jump may have been due to a pump and not any substantial news as can be seen by the chart in which it crashed back to Earth.
