Many times I've stated that I believe IMO that PPS should be someplace in the .67¢ to .74¢ area after a ticker change. I believe this after having gone through the Empirical Americas event. On 12/9/11 Emperical (now Top Shelf) was at about 0.0032 and announced that they were reforming the liquor business under the TEXX not TEMN ticker. About a month later on 01/06/12 news was out about the transfer and PPS was in the 0.015 area. I would expect this to happen again here after the ticker change. Emperical started to go live with Tequila Desquintisto (SP?) on 01/13/12 and PPS shot to 0.17 that day, followed by a period of consolidation and a shot to 0.74¢. It settled in the .63¢ zone that month. Then news came of the Huffman/Klein mess and it was announced that AP was going to move back to TEMN and we sat for a year in the toilet. 0.0002. They last May we shot to .0030's followed by a MR promo that was basically a self contained pump and dump or something to that effect, PPS went right back to where it was after a ton of wealth was removed.....anyway at any rate....I would suppose the same business that is now Top Shelf that was Emperical that has the same product line more or less (actually I think the new Besado is a better product) would more or less preform at the same rate. So thats why I really think we should see or be closer to .70¢ PS IMO sometime real damn soon considering all the BS that some of us have been through as OWNERS!
