Of course the divy is not going to be cash. How can a stock issue a $1.10 divy when it was trading at most .28 cents. The TA is very helpful the float has been 13.5 million for awhile and the OS is 43.5 million. Old news about the gagged order. The TA and the CEO had a misunderstanding. Once resolved the OS and float were made available to the public.
