The stock is on hold awaiting Nok. If they pay or if it goes to arbitration, the swing will be 8 to 10 basis points from here. If Sharp renews, I look for a four point upside. Once we get passed the Nok matter, we should be through with the event contingent upon another event business plan and the real Momentum will be asked to stand up. If arbitration becomes a necessity, then the MOMENTUM contestants will leave the building for around a nine month gestation period. IDCC will have to elect to go the distance to deliver a 10 lb beauty or induce labor sooner and get a weaker, but pretty 5 pounder.
