10-K states he did not get paid....

Now regarding the expenses like travel... ah ya, he will have that stuff covered since it is for the company. He goes to several shows a year and you think he should pay for that when he doesn't even get a paycheck??? Now really this is pulling stuff out of any place possible... Just like him getting fired which DIDN'T even happen!
