I understand what you are saying...

But, I think that investors will take a flyer on USEI, due to the industry, it is heavily shorted, and it is a good pump and dump candidate...just as we are seeing that it is a good short candidate...

I would get my money out of this thing, and then play with house shares, until Tony, and/or any affiliations strike it rich. Do not fall in love with penny stocks...

The level 2 has acted a bit weird, at times, which tells me, in my limited experience, that the MM's might be just messing around with it to see if it will run one day. Or, the Bulls might be slapping the ask a few times to see about the potential of a short squeeze, etc. I do not know...just speculation from an inexperienced investor...

1.5 Billion OS, and a 700 million float, that can turn over in one trading day, if the right things happen...and USEI will have its day, in spite of Tony... It is just a matter of when, and how much will it run, and what is the short position when it does run, etc. JMHO
