Yes. I first got Mr Lichello's book in 1979 at a Stars and Stripes bookstore in England. I've been using it ever since.


So you flew to England to get yours and I flew to the US to get mine :)

I bought my first copy in a second hand books store in Florida in the early 1980's for something to read on the return flight back to England.
