I would think that the news needs to be spread tonight...to allow others to do some DD...

A heavy surge the first half hour of trading could break this thing loose... Break through those .0038's...

Not enough volume yet to bring the big groups to play...but, it is wound tight, oversold, and heavily shorted...sitting at the top of the resistance...all a recipe for some excitement if Bully comes to play early tomorrow...

GLTA...you might be close...
