Before any contracts! Before any functional use incorporating children. Before any parents. Before even one piloting study, Past or present, due to this, " Liability"!!!!!!!!!!! far more experience in protecting economic stream and child safety than general public has. MUST assume responsibility AS experienced district legal counsel . important part for school boards, in no way connected with PPS OR DISTANT HISTORY. ( No connection until profit comes to Ecdc via advertising revenues, and still wil be of no interest to school districts, far bigger fish for them to fry!!! ). The district business connection with Verizon is quite common / historic to school boards. Years of experience /with wireless , on soooo many levels of all grades , educational dept. and admin, business. Huge exposure!
