Are you kidding me again? First of, you are talking about EXTREME CASES. In the case of Charney please read this article: http://online.wsj.com/articles/american-apparels-charney-faced-ultimatum-quit-or-be-fired-1403386367

When Dov Charney arrived at a regularly scheduled American Apparel Inc. board meeting Wednesday, he was given two options: Resign immediately as chairman, president and chief executive of the company he founded, or the board would fire him with cause, according to people familiar with the situation.

That's like word for word what I said and you brought it up. In Best Buy's case, if I remember correctly it was sexual harassment or inappropriate relationship thing. Things that have nothing to do with what I was talking about which in case of Saleen was POOR PERFORMANCE.

The lemon laws are a problem, don't try to diminish its importance. Tesla sold more car last year than Saleen did in the its entire lifetime, but still there is only one report of lemon law case for Tesla, but Saleen has dozen?

Obviously we don't have the complete data, but preliminary data indicated that Saleen's percentage of lemon law case per car is much higher than Tesla's which is also a car start-upish.

Also saying that it could flop or flourish is not worth mentioning. You either think that there is MORE chance that it will succeed than chance that it will fail or vice-versa, but saying that it could go either way is useless.
