We are asked to vote on the 5 million additional options which I believe are ISOs. In that case, the outside directors do not participate in these options but are responsible for the distribution of the ISOs. I think it is important information to know if the outside directors will enrich themselves by adding these 5 million additional options to the existing 2000 plan. Now you may question their competence to administer the distribution but the question becomes one of competence rather than trust. You know their hands will be not in this cookie jar.
