He's too dumb, too perpetually high on his own weed and too lazy to do nothing more than try to scam people by pumping and dumping with his network of cronies who funnel money back to him. In my not so humble opinion. Another skill set he possesses is creating fake aged debt so his cronies can sop it up and fund his steak dinners.
