Thanks for this. The German site had different numbers in the past, so this is an explicit and recent change.

Most concerning to me is the change in endpoint events. 248 PFS events and 322 OS events are much larger numbers than previous; the consequence being a longer time to complete the trial.

This could also explain the missing efficacy analysis of the 1st interim - if the PFS event endpoint is now 248, 66% is 164 events, 88% is 218.
