what does that deal tell and do to the shareholders?

That depends on a lot of things. It's not toxic financing as some would think. They didn't go to Tarpon and ask for 700 grand. All the debt was prior to Quiros' involvement. Who knows if STLK will pay off some of the debt with cash, it's too early to tell, imo.
